Our online store automatically calculates the best shipping routes, rates, and processors to ensure you receive your goods quickly and cheaply. We usually ship within 48 hours, and depending on the shipping method you choose, you should receive your goods within 7-14 business days.

We will ship within 24-48 hours.

Returns

REPLACEMENT

If the goods you received are damaged or faulty and need to be returned or exchanged - just let us know within 10 days of receipt. To be eligible: your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. No restocking fees or other hidden charges!

Please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order with any help you need. After 10 days, we cannot guarantee that we can provide return, refund or exchange assistance to remedy the problem you have with your order.

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at kenny@ikennyshop.com and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order. Our team will provide replacement assistance.

If your order experienced problems with shipping or delivery, please reach out via email. To receive timely assistance, please provide your order number and confirm your full shipping address in your information form.

RETURNS


We only accept the return of orders that are unopened, unused, and within 10 days of their delivery.

The reality is that returns are a big cost to the company. Therefore, we do our best to ensure that everything is done correctly and meets your expectations (or better) the first time. Likewise, once the goods have been processed, we unfortunately can no longer cancel the order.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns for reasons other than damaged or defective items (such as change of mind), and all return or exchange claims must be made within the 10-day arrival period. Hope you understand.

We will refund you within 10 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same payment method as when you placed the order, and you will not be charged for such a refund.

Different products come from different warehouses, and we reserve the right to inspect all returns before processing a refund, so if you want to apply for a return, please let us know to make the process as simple as possible and protect your consumer rights.
